I appreciate the excellent service provided by IC Software. Harry advised positive changes to my CV which helped fetch me the most suitable role in just 15 days since he first contacted me. In my opinion, Harry's knowledge and understanding of the industry and the requirements of both the employer and candidates is commendable. The entire process including listing roles, choosing, applying, interviewing and post-interview feedback, all were very well organised and smooth. One important point to note is that Harry understands that candidates are at work during office-hours and respects the candidates' choice of the most-convenient times and modes of communication, which I personally do not find in most consultants. When I was searching for a new job I got contacted by a lot of headhunters. Many of them interrogated me about my career plans like I was a criminal, some started spamming me with LinkedIn requests, others got my hopes high and I never heard from them again. To put it short, most of them managed to do nothing more but waste my time. Kathy from IC Group, on the other hand, was the only one where I had the feeling she was actually working hard to find me a job. I'm very grateful for Harry's work in placing me. He was very informative right from the outset - candid in his opinions and advice, quick to communicate. He also managed to arrange for two of the prospective employers to speed up the interview process at a time when I was under pressure with two alternative offers from elsewhere. I ended up finding that process quite stressful, with pressure from several sides to accept job offers, and although Harry was obviously attempting to persuade me towards his client, he worked hard to get offers and information through in time for me, and at crunch time he gave me sufficient space to consider my decision.
